They never mince their words and you always know what you\u2019re getting yourself into with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This may be seen as a bad thing, since it\u2019s not always advisable to be so open with how you\u2019re feeling to the point of being considered that \u201ccrazy girlfriend,\u201d but they just don\u2019t give a fuck. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They\u2019ll be however the hell they want to be because they don\u2019t have the need to hide anything from anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some may consider it a nasty quality, but honestly, it\u2019s their best! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It saves them a lot of their precious time and weeds out all the toxic people from their life before it\u2019s too late.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. S\u00e3o extremamente motivados e orientados para o trabalho<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

They know what they want and they go for it. Some may perceive it as a negative thing, but when you think about is, it really isn\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are always there for their loved ones, and simply because they choose to prioritise their work and ambitions, it doesn\u2019t mean they\u2019ve got their priorities wrong. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They simply don\u2019t have time to indulge somebody\u2019s fragile ego by giving their time to something that is not even near the spectrum of their interest. They\u2019re too busy making a name for themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you need validation, you\u2019re in the wrong place. They care about things of substance and things that actually make a difference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But trivial stuff that bugs one person is something an intelligent woman will never waste her time on. She\u2019s got better shit to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. They don\u2019t keep things bottled up and always speak their mind<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If something\u2019s bugging them, they\u2019ll let you know. If they have a problem with your stance on a particular topic, they\u2019ll have no problem discussing it with you. And if you annoy them in any way, you\u2019ll be made aware of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bottling things up and exploding one day just isn\u2019t their thing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They deal with shit on time and that way they never have stuff bothering them on the inside and influencing their current mood. They don\u2019t have time for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everything is dealt with in a timely fashion and nobody\u2019s feelings are spared. You get what you ask for; no more, no less. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. They don\u2019t have the need to slow down and don\u2019t like being told to do so<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

They are always working on being better, smarter, and more successful. The sky\u2019s the limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alguns acham que isto \u00e9 um pouco exagerado e d\u00e3o o seu conselho n\u00e3o solicitado para abrandar. Mas porqu\u00ea? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e3o como uma m\u00e1quina bem oleada. Tudo est\u00e1 controlado e sempre a funcionar bem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If they don\u2019t have a problem with being organized and efficient, why would you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of putting them down for their ambition and work ethic, why don\u2019t you lift them up instead and admire their ability to juggle many things at once. It takes uma verdadeira mulher<\/a> para o poder fazer com sucesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. They don\u2019t waste their time at parties and events they don\u2019t want to attend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

While they are grateful for the invite, they don\u2019t feel the need to go just to be polite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t waste her time by being intimidated by her dedication and choice to be genuine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appreciate a woman who values what\u2019s in front of her and doesn\u2019t play around waiting to lose it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
