They need to convince you that they have it all figured out \u2013 that they\u2019re smart, resourceful, intelligent, and well-off. They manter o controlo<\/a> e o que eles dizem \u00e9 v\u00e1lido.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

T\u00eam um forte poder de atra\u00e7\u00e3o sobre as pessoas, o que lhes facilita a manipula\u00e7\u00e3o e a mentira. Mas, por detr\u00e1s dessa necessidade de manipula\u00e7\u00f5es e jogos viciosos, existe uma vis\u00e3o insegura e profundamente distorcida de si pr\u00f3prios. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

And this is what makes them resort to lies and games. This is how they fill the emptiness and void that\u2019s killing them on the inside.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

2. Don\u2019t tell them more about yourself than absolutely necessary<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Proteja-se a si e \u00e0queles que lhe s\u00e3o queridos, ocultando o m\u00e1ximo de informa\u00e7\u00e3o poss\u00edvel sobre si. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Isso vai dificultar-lhes a tarefa de o atacar (verbalmente), porque ter\u00e3o muito pouco por onde avan\u00e7ar. Nestas situa\u00e7\u00f5es, a privacidade \u00e9 sagrada. Nunca a ponha em risco por nada.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

3. Don\u2019t let them make you second-guess yourself<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Nem sequer por um segundo, porque basta um \u00fanico momento para cair nessa armadilha e, a partir da\u00ed, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 pode piorar. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Firmly stand your ground and don\u2019t let them shake you. This will cause them distress, even though they will never let you see it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

But never let that minimize the shit they do to you. Just because you\u2019re too tired from their crap, doesn\u2019t mean you should downplay or put up with it. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Deve reagir com calma quando eles tentam provoc\u00e1-lo e manter sempre a calma, mas nunca esquecer ou minimizar a quantidade de merda que eles lhe causam. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Isso f\u00e1-lo-\u00e1 aceitar subconscientemente esse comportamento como aceit\u00e1vel e raramente se pode voltar atr\u00e1s.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

5. Don\u2019t expect them to own up to any of their shit<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Os narcisistas e os psicopatas pensam que t\u00eam direito a tudo e n\u00e3o se desculpam por nada. Para eles, tudo o que fazem \u00e9 perfeitamente justific\u00e1vel e com boas raz\u00f5es. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If they cause you harm \u2013 you had it coming. If they verbally attack you \u2013 you provoked them. And if they disregard your concerns \u2013 they deem you unworthy of their attention.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Nunca esperem que eles assumam as suas merdas. Eles s\u00e3o categoricamente incapazes de o fazer. Para teu pr\u00f3prio bem, deves sempre chamar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o quando eles te causam algum sofrimento. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

But do it for yourself, never to seek reaction from them, because it\u2019s not going to happen. They will never take credit for their negative actions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

6. Don\u2019t think for a second they share any of your dreams and passions<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

They don\u2019t give a shit about your life, thoughts, or dreams. All they do is feign their interest so they can use it as leverage when they want something from you. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

E v\u00e3o us\u00e1-lo descaradamente para o manipular e o esgotar ao ponto de aceitar tudo o que querem de si.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

7. Don\u2019t try to play their game<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Don\u2019t think for a second you can keep up with their games. They are people who have spent the majority of their lives perfecting their craft and testing it with various people until it was perfect. They can do it in their sleep.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

N\u00e3o conseguem lidar com o facto de se sentirem inferiores ou de terem falhas, por isso passam quantidades perturbadoras de tempo a fazer-nos pensar que s\u00e3o intoc\u00e1veis. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Deixa-os jogar os seus jogos e mant\u00e9m a tua integridade. De qualquer forma, est\u00e1s muito acima deles.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

8. Don\u2019t take anything they do to you personally<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

It never is. They will use anything and anyone if it means getting something from it. It can be the closest person to them in the world, or a complete stranger. It doesn\u2019t make a difference to them.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

It\u2019s never you, and it\u2019s ALWAYS them. The way they mistreat you and use you is extremely wrong and disturbing, but if anything, you can at least find solace in the fact it has nothing to do with you. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

They will cross anyone who\u2019s in their way; it\u2019s simply how they operate.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

9. Don\u2019t expect them to be fair to you<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A \u00fanica coisa que lhes interessa \u00e9 conseguir o que querem. E far\u00e3o tudo o que for preciso para o conseguir. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If it means treating you unfairly, it\u2019s just another Monday to them. Don\u2019t expect empathy from people who have a void in their soul.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

10. Don\u2019t expect them to ever change<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

They may alter their behavior based on who they are around, but it\u2019s only for manipulative purposes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

They don\u2019t feel the necessidade de mudar<\/a> because they don\u2019t believe they are doing anything wrong. And that is the main issue with them. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
