Porqu\u00ea esperar por 2025 para come\u00e7ar, eu come\u00e7o agora.<\/p>\n

Devo a mim pr\u00f3prio come\u00e7ar o mais rapidamente poss\u00edvel. Devo a mim pr\u00f3prio o mesmo amor que continuo a dar aos outros.<\/p>\n

Por isso, o meu principal objetivo para o ano que vem e para todos os anos que se seguir\u00e3o \u00e9 apaixonar-me loucamente, loucamente e profundamente por mim pr\u00f3pria.<\/p>\n

Como \u00e9 que vou fazer isso? Bem, eu tenho um plano:<\/p>\n

Estou a apagar a negatividade dos \u00faltimos anos e a come\u00e7ar de novo.\u00a0 <\/b>Assim que tenho um pensamento negativo, troco-o por um positivo.<\/p>\n

I won\u2019t allow one single negative thought to stay with me for more than a split second. If it stays, it will develop, and it will poison my life.<\/p>\n

I will delete all the pain from my past and only take the lessons with me. I can\u2019t change what happened.<\/p>\n

I can\u2019t influence the outcome, and thinking about it is just making me sad.<\/p>\n

Estou a apaixonar-me pelo meu reflexo no espelho.<\/b><\/p>\n

J\u00e1 n\u00e3o desejo ser mais magra ou ter ganho alguns quilos. J\u00e1 n\u00e3o desejo que os meus l\u00e1bios sejam demasiado pequenos ou que o meu nariz seja demasiado grande.<\/p>\n

N\u00e3o vou continuar a olhar para o meu reflexo no espelho dessa forma. Sou muito mais do que a minha apar\u00eancia f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n

I am beautiful inside and out, and I don\u2019t need to look like a photoshopped model from a magazine cover.<\/p>\n

I am sure they also have their insecurities even though they are perfect for us common people. That\u2019s why I am choosing to change my mindset.<\/p>\n

Estou a aceitar as minhas imperfei\u00e7\u00f5es e estou a am\u00e1-las. S\u00e3o elas que me fazem ser eu. S\u00e3o elas que me tornam \u00fanica.<\/p>\n

Sei que vou ter os meus altos e baixos neste caminho para o amor-pr\u00f3prio. <\/b><\/p>\n

I know that life without worries, insecurities, and problems is not possible. But I\u2019m making a promise to myself not to create problems where there aren\u2019t any.<\/p>\n

Prometo que me vou concentrar nos 80 por cento que s\u00e3o bons na minha vida e nas minhas rela\u00e7\u00f5es com outras pessoas, em vez dos 20 por cento que me deitam abaixo.<\/p>\n

Prometo que me vou levantar de cada vez que cair. Vou continuar a tentar e seguir sempre em frente. Fora com o t\u00f3xico. <\/b><\/p>\n

I know I will never reach my goal if I allow toxic people to poison me with their own insecurities. I will never make it if they keep telling me that I can\u2019t.<\/p>\n

I will never have enough strength if they keep exhausting mine. People who don\u2019t have my best interests at heart don\u2019t deserve a place in my life.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s so simple, and I don\u2019t know why it took me so long to tell them they don\u2019t belong there.<\/p>\n

As pessoas que s\u00e3o o meu sistema de apoio, que acreditam em mim e me apoiam em todos os momentos, merecem toda a minha aten\u00e7\u00e3o, e n\u00e3o estou a gastar um grama da minha energia com os outros.<\/p>\n

Agora j\u00e1 n\u00e3o. Vou ser o meu pr\u00f3prio her\u00f3i.\u00a0 <\/b>I won\u2019t wait for love to save me. I am going to save my damn self.<\/p>\n

I am going to stand up for myself, and I won\u2019t lay down silently while people walk all over me. I will speak up when I am not treated right.<\/p>\n

I will pull away when the situation doesn\u2019t suit me. I am that woman who always said nothing for the sake of the greater good.<\/p>\n

F**k the greater good when it\u2019s hurting me so much. Vou ler mais.\u00a0 <\/b>I can\u2019t remember the last time I actually read a book.<\/p>\n

Mas sei que, assim que come\u00e7ar, vou perder-me no mundo da fantasia. Ser\u00e1 a minha altura de desligar a ficha e deixar o telem\u00f3vel no sil\u00eancio, para variar.<\/p>\n

Lerei todos os g\u00e9neros, mas come\u00e7arei com algo motivador e inspirador. Vou encher a minha mente de pensamentos positivos.<\/p>\n

De vez em quando, mimo-me.\u00a0 <\/b>Vou esfor\u00e7ar-me no meu trabalho. Irei mais vezes ao gin\u00e1sio e terei uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o mais saud\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

I have to\u2014it\u2019s not really an option.<\/p>\n

Mas haver\u00e1 dias em que n\u00e3o farei absolutamente nada.<\/p>\n

Fico a vegetar em frente ao televisor. Vou ver filmes no Netflix durante todo o dia. Telefono aos meus amigos e saio para jantar fora. Vou passar o dia inteiro no spa.<\/p>\n

I will find balance because too much work and no play will only make me burn out, and I don\u2019t want that to happen. I will say \u201cNo!\u201d more often <\/b><\/p>\n

There is something liberating about saying \u201cNo!\u201d to things you really don\u2019t want to do. I used to do so many things so no one would get mad at me for skipping.<\/p>\n

Mas sabes que mais?<\/p>\n

We all have just this one life, and I won\u2019t waste it on being where I don\u2019t want to do what I don\u2019t like to do because I feel pressure from my friends or family.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 chega. Vou divertir-me mais.\u00a0 <\/b>Estou pronto para mais aventuras. Mais sono. Mais dan\u00e7a. Mais risos. Mais criatividade. Mais amor.<\/p>\n

I know it\u2019s up to me to make that happen. So I\u2019m already rolling up my sleeves. There will be no excuses for the lack of fun in my life.<\/p>\n

So what if nobody wants to go on a trip with me. I will go all by my lonesome. It\u2019s time I start enjoying my own company.<\/p>\n

A minha felicidade depende inteiramente de mim.\u00a0 <\/b>Posso mudar a minha sorte se decidir fazer alguma coisa para a mudar. Se o meu desejo de mudan\u00e7a vier de mim.<\/p>\n

Ainda assim, acredito no amor e espero um dia encontrar algu\u00e9m com quem partilhar a minha felicidade. Algu\u00e9m, para al\u00e9m dos meus amigos e da minha fam\u00edlia, que me acompanhe nesta viagem louca.<\/p>\n

Entretanto, continuarei a lembrar-me do meu valor. Concentrar-me-ei em melhorar a minha vida. Vou acreditar em mim pr\u00f3prio.<\/p>\n

Apaixonar-me-ei de novo pela minha vida.<\/p>\n
