Sempre que algu\u00e9m novo entra na minha vida, todos pensam uma coisa: que eu poderia ser declarada a mulher mais feliz do mundo.<\/p>\n

As pessoas assumem que n\u00e3o tenho absolutamente nenhuma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o na cabe\u00e7a e que adorme\u00e7o e acordo com um sorriso no rosto.<\/p>\n

However, the truth is far from that. In fact, I\u2019ve had my share of misfortunes up till now just like the next person.<\/p>\n

Life hasn\u2019t been treating me as kindly as everyone might think. I\u2019ve had more downs than ups and I\u2019ve cried more than I have laughed.<\/p>\n

My heart has been broken more than once, I\u2019ve dealt with some devastating perdas<\/a> e tive de encontrar v\u00e1rias vezes uma forma de me reerguer das cinzas.<\/p>\n

There were times when I felt hopeless and helpless; moments when I felt like I\u2019d hit rock bottom and moments when I was surrounded by darkness.<\/p>\n

No entanto, sabem o que me ajudou? A f\u00e9. <\/strong>Na verdade, foi isso que me manteve vivo durante todo este tempo.<\/p>\n

The only thing that helped me see the right path even when I felt like I was trapped in a tunnel, that didn\u2019t allow me to give up and which gave me optimism in the toughest of times.<\/p>\n

Veja, por mais longe que tenha ca\u00eddo, sempre soube que Deus estava do meu lado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

E foi Ele que me fez continuar, acontecesse o que acontecesse; foi Ele que me deu a m\u00e3o quando precisei e que me empurrou para a frente em todas as minhas batalhas.<\/p>\n

God was always there to give me the strength I didn\u2019t even know I possessed. To tell me that I can make it and to show me how powerful I actually am.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Em todos os momentos, Ele esteve presente para me dar otimismo e esperan\u00e7a. Para me ensinar a import\u00e2ncia de acreditar em mim pr\u00f3prio e para me assegurar que conseguirei ultrapassar todos os obst\u00e1culos que encontrar.<\/p>\n

Deus estava l\u00e1 para me dar conforto e tranquilidade quando eu mais precisava. Para me mostrar tudo aquilo de que eu era capaz e para me ajudar a seguir em frente.<\/p>\n

Ele estava l\u00e1 para me dar um empurr\u00e3o sempre que eu pensava em desistir, para transformar as minhas feridas abertas em cicatrizes e para me lembrar de nunca perder a f\u00e9 n'Ele ou em mim pr\u00f3prio.<\/p>\n

I won\u2019t lie to you\u2014Houve alturas em que parecia que Ele me estava a tratar sem miseric\u00f3rdia. Momentos em que Ele me estava a testar e a desafiar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

No entanto, sempre que Deus fechou uma porta<\/a> para mim, abriu mais algumas. Sempre que pensava que tinha chegado ao meu fim espiritual, Ele dava-me algo por que agradecer.<\/p>\n

Every time He didn\u2019t answer my prayers, He replaced it with something even better.<\/p>\n

Sempre Ele retirou algumas pessoas da minha vida<\/a>, He was sending me a sign that they didn\u2019t deserve to be there in the first place.<\/p>\n

Por isso, agora percebo que foi tudo para o meu pr\u00f3prio bem. Mesmo as perdas, os desejos n\u00e3o realizados e as l\u00e1grimas tinham um objetivo.<\/p>\n

Estavam l\u00e1 para me dar uma li\u00e7\u00e3o e para limpar o meu caminho<\/b><\/a>. Most importantly\u2014there to show me how strong a woman I actually am.<\/strong><\/p>\n

They were there to teach me that I can\u2019t be broken so easily. To help me understand how to heal my broken heart and how to glue myself back together, without anyone\u2019s assistance.<\/p>\n

So, no, I\u2019m not happy every single moment of my existence. I\u2019m not always content with everything going on around me, nor do I consider my life to be perfect.<\/p>\n

However, I am at ease. I\u2019m peaceful because I know that even when something bad happens, things will find a way of sorting themselves out.<\/p>\n

Estou otimista porque a minha f\u00e9 me guia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because I know that God will never give me more than I can handle and most importantly\u2014because I know He will never leave me to fight my battles on my own.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019m calm because now I\u2019m finally aware of my inner strength and moreover because I\u2019m thankful for all of my blessings.<\/p>\n
