I take my feelings seriously. I am made of them. When I love, I love with everything I have. I give one hundred percent. So, it’s very difficult for me to understand why someone who says he loves me just as much, hurt me.<\/p>\n

I really resent people acting like nothing happened after they hurt you. They don’t get to tell you they didn’t. “You take everything to heart.”, “It\u2019s, not a big deal.”    <\/i>Mas para ti, \u00e9 muito importante. Sabes como te sentes e o que sentes.<\/p>\n

Apesar de a terem ferido e de lhe terem feito partir o cora\u00e7\u00e3o, os homens tendem a vir, passado algum tempo, e a fingir que “All good.”, ” No hard feelings.”, “LIfe happens.”, “Shit happens”, “Can we at least be friends?” <\/i><\/p>\n

I can’t understand why that happens. And it happens very often.When I feel like I have hurt somebody, I apologize and apologize till they ask me to stop. I never go around pretending like nothing happened.<\/p>\n

Por isso, fiz o meu pr\u00f3prio estudo. Passei muito tempo a questionar-me e a questionar as pessoas \u00e0 minha volta que foram magoadas por algu\u00e9m. Passaram por situa\u00e7\u00f5es como: <\/i><\/p>\n

Parti o teu cora\u00e7\u00e3o. Mas quero que sejamos amigos<\/h3>\n

O teu namorado traiu-te<\/a>. Ele mentiu-vos. Abusou da tua confian\u00e7a. Foi-se embora sem se despedir.<\/p>\n

E aqui est\u00e1 ele, passado algum tempo, do nada, a telefonar para saber se voc\u00eas ainda podem ser amigos. Ele sente a tua falta. Pois \u00e9!<\/p>\n

Esperam que os ajude com algum problema<\/h3>\n

Normalmente, se for um bom ouvinte e a pessoa estiver habituada a confiar em si, ela telefonar-lhe-\u00e1 ou enviar-lhe-\u00e1 uma mensagem de texto para poderem falar.<\/p>\n

Depois disso, sobrecarregavam-no com os problemas da vida deles. Como se estiv\u00e9ssemos ali, sentados em casa, \u00e0 espera que eles telefonassem.<\/p>\n

Ficam ressentidos por n\u00e3o ter ligado de volta<\/h3>\n

Depois de o terem contactado uma ou duas vezes ap\u00f3s uma separa\u00e7\u00e3o, ficam ressentidos por n\u00e3o manter o contacto.<\/p>\n

Como se uns telefonemas tornassem tudo melhor e pud\u00e9ssemos voltar ao que \u00e9ramos. A falar todos os dias.<\/p>\n

Ressentem-se por sermos felizes sem eles<\/h3>\n

T\u00eam tamb\u00e9m a tend\u00eancia para aparecer na sua vida quando tudo est\u00e1 a correr bem.<\/p>\n

Encontraste um novo namorado e est\u00e1s feliz. Como te atreves a ser feliz sem ele?<\/p>\n

They can’t process the fact that you moved on. They say you were never hurt\u2014you never loved them because you found somebody else so quickly.<\/p>\n

Depois, comecei a perguntar \u00e0s pessoas que estavam do outro lado do puzzle. Foram elas que magoaram algu\u00e9m de quem gostavam, porque \u00e9 que fazem isto?<\/i><\/p>\n

They have a difficult time accepting they hurt you, so it is easier to pretend like they didn’t<\/h3>\n

As pessoas s\u00e3o boas a mentir a si pr\u00f3prias. Elas sabem muito bem que lhe causaram sofrimento e dor.<\/p>\n

Mas empurram-no para o fundo da mem\u00f3ria, fingindo que nunca aconteceu, para acalmarem as suas consci\u00eancias.<\/p>\n

They have never been hurt, so they don’t know how it feels<\/h3>\n

They are unable to relate. They never walked in your shoes, and they don’t know how it feels.<\/p>\n

S\u00e3o ego\u00edstas<\/h3>\n

Eles sabem que o magoaram, mas eles querem-te de volta.<\/a> So, it’s easier to start a conversation with you pretending everything is OK.<\/p>\n

H\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m algumas pessoas que, quando se trata de sentimentos, s\u00e3o frias como gelo<\/h3>\n

This is not usual. However, some people are just incapable of feeling. Then, it’s not surprising they don’t show remorse, either.<\/p>\n

Este tipo de situa\u00e7\u00f5es nunca \u00e9 sobre si. S\u00e3o eles que est\u00e3o a ter problemas.<\/p>\n

Tudo o que pode fazer \u00e9 aceitar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o ou exclu\u00ed-los da sua vida.<\/p>\n

I prefer the second option. Because life is hard as it is. You don’t wanna live it doing something that doesn’t make you calm and happy.<\/p>\n

Pretending and acting like you don’t have feelings towards somebody is way too difficult. Not to mention painful.<\/i><\/p>\n

But in the end, it’s all up to you.<\/i><\/p>\n
