I feel like I have never been much of a writer when it comes to my own life\u2019s book. I was more of a reader. I would read and follow the plot. I never had enough courage to take a pen into my own hands and write it by myself.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why I am starting now. I am starting to write the new chapter of my life. I am sure it is going to be a good one. Written in my style and to my own taste.<\/p>\n

I want to leave all the things that brought me down and all the emotional baggage in the chapters of a book entitled \u2018PAST\u2019. I am never reading it again.<\/i><\/p>\n

The new book is called \u2018NOW\u2019 and this new chapter\u2014concentrating on where I am now and what am I doing now\u2014will determine my future.<\/i><\/p>\n

For starters, I want no more hibernation. I am done sleeping. I was doing that for so long I wasn\u2019t even aware of it. It\u2019s time to wake up. I wasn\u2019t literally sleeping. I just let life take its course without me participating in it. Perdi todo o controlo sobre a minha vida<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Este novo cap\u00edtulo come\u00e7a com um eu acordado. <\/b>Vou assumir o controlo. Vou tomar as minhas pr\u00f3prias decis\u00f5es, os meus pr\u00f3prios passos e encontrar as minhas pr\u00f3prias direc\u00e7\u00f5es. Depois, bem ou mal, vou apoiar todas elas e aceitar os resultados. Sei que nem tudo pode estar sob o meu controlo. Por isso, o que quer que aconte\u00e7a, acontece. Mas vai acontecer porque eu o disse. <\/i><\/p>\n

Desta vez, estou a escrever com uma folha de papel em branco. Este novo cap\u00edtulo n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 praticamente nenhuma liga\u00e7\u00e3o com o passado.<\/i><\/b> Por vezes, posso refletir sobre os erros que cometi no passado. N\u00e3o para os lamentar. Estou farto de me arrepender. Estou grato pelos erros. Fizeram-me crescer. Fizeram-me redescobrir-me<\/a>. I am going to remember them just so I don\u2019t repeat them.<\/p>\n

Estou a escrev\u00ea-lo para mim e s\u00f3 para mim. <\/b>A partir de agora, estou a fazer tudo por mim. Estou farto de fazer as coisas que os outros esperam ou querem de mim. No entanto, vou ter uma mente aberta.<\/p>\n

Sempre que algu\u00e9m quer falar comigo ou dar-me um conselho, I am going to listen. I am going to talk less and listen more. That\u2019s the only way I will learn something. <\/i><\/p>\n

Verei se os seus conselhos me conv\u00eam e se consigo tirar algum proveito deles. No final, tudo ser\u00e1 decidido por mim.<\/p>\n

Pessoas t\u00f3xicas<\/a> n\u00e3o podem figurar neste cap\u00edtulo.<\/b> They were in the last one and that one is closed. I am done with toxicity of any kind. My time is valuable and I don\u2019t want to spend it on people who drain my energy. I am looking forward to the new people in my life. I will keep them close if they return the good vibes I am giving them.<\/p>\n

Este novo cap\u00edtulo tem tudo a ver com positivismo. <\/b>Estou grato por todas as pessoas positivas que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o na minha vida. Elas deram-me todo o amor, apoio e compreens\u00e3o que uma pessoa precisa na sua vida. Elas vir\u00e3o comigo para este pr\u00f3ximo cap\u00edtulo.<\/p>\n

This chapter says, \u2018Go for it!!!\u2019 <\/strong><\/p>\n

I am going to be bold and take risks. I won\u2019t dwell on the outcomes. I will do all of the things that scare me first because they are worth it. I will profit the most from them, in any sense.<\/p>\n

Por vezes, \u00e9 preciso come\u00e7ar a escrever um novo cap\u00edtulo, talvez mesmo num livro completamente novo. Numa nova cidade ou com um novo estado de esp\u00edrito. Porque se continuarmos a reler os cap\u00edtulos antigos, nada muda. The plot stays always the same and you are not moving\u2014you are stuck. <\/i><\/p>\n

That’s why I welcome this new chapter. With my arms wide open and all the hope in my heart.<\/i><\/p>\n
