Pensamentos intrusivos.<\/p>\n<p>Surgem do nada e repetem-se uma e outra vez.<\/p>\n<p><em>You can\u2019t do it. That\u2019s too hard for you. Stop, you\u2019ll just complicate things. They\u2019re looking at you. Maybe you shouldn\u2019t have done that. Why didn\u2019t you do it?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o p\u00e1ra. Com a ansiedade, cada parte da sua vida torna-se uma luta. It never stops. You feel like an outdated, overworked engine; using energy but for what?<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the day, you\u2019re exhausted by seemingly doing nothing. Living with anxiety is like going through life doing everything everyone else does but for you, it\u2019s ten times harder and you don\u2019t know why.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Porque \u00e9 que parece t\u00e3o f\u00e1cil para todos os outros? Deve haver algo de errado consigo.&nbsp; <\/em><em>You\u2019re such a difficult person. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Maybe you should go and talk to someone about it? Comece a ser mais seletivo.<\/p>\n<p>Permita-se abrandar, relaxar e encarar as coisas com mais leveza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It\u2019s easy to forget that life shouldn\u2019t be so serious all the time. Try exploring your priorities and making some sort of list that\u2019s going to remind you to be more mindful of the energy you spend on certain things or people.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Having anxiety isn\u2019t something you\u2019re sentenced to. You can prevent it from taking over you and for that, you need will, effort and trust in yourself\u2014all things available.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not going to be easy but it is one hundred percent possible.
