Sei que est\u00e1s a dar o teu melhor para satisfazer todas as pessoas que te rodeiam. Mas em toda essa confus\u00e3o, est\u00e1 a esquecer-se para cuidar de si pr\u00f3prio.<\/a> Por isso, pare por um segundo e respire.<\/p>\n

Your life mission is not to save the world, so don\u2019t do it, okay? Take some time for yourself only and enjoy the things that you didn\u2019t have time to do for a while. Listen to your favorite song or go to the movies with your friends. But don\u2019t let other people\u2019s problems affect you so badly.<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t need to save all of them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If they want to, they can change their own lives. So, just leave them to handle their problems alone. Because you can\u2019t carry all their problems on your shoulders. If you continue doing that, you will burn out. And then you won\u2019t be good to yourself or to your friends.<\/p>\n

Talvez esteja a fazer tudo isso para fugir aos seus pr\u00f3prios problemas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Porque \u00e9 muito mais f\u00e1cil dar conselhos do que receb\u00ea-los e segui-los na nossa pr\u00f3pria vida. Talvez seja t\u00e3o concentrado nos outros<\/a> que esquece os seus pr\u00f3prios problemas e pensa que, de alguma forma, como que por magia, eles v\u00e3o desaparecer.<\/p>\n

Talvez essa seja apenas a sua forma de lidar com todo o stress acumulado dentro de si.<\/p>\n

No matter how much you want to save the world, you can\u2019t do it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You are not a hero who will save all those who suffer or take their pain away. Your heart is too small to store all those feelings. You will end up in tears, completely broken because you didn\u2019t think about yourself in time.<\/p>\n

Please, remember that some things can\u2019t be fixed. The same is with people. Some of them don\u2019t want to be fixed and some of them are simply not ready to do that yet. So let it go. It is okay to let it go and leave others to decide about their lives.<\/p>\n

Colocamos as nossas expectativas em alta, pensando que se formos bons, os outros sentir-se-\u00e3o da mesma forma.<\/strong><\/p>\n

But in most cases that is not true. People are self-centered and selfish and most of them wouldn\u2019t help you if they saw you suffering.<\/p>\n

I know that you want to help everyone but there are times when you need to say, \u2018No.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c9 preciso fazer de si pr\u00f3prio uma prioridade e n\u00e3o uma op\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/a> Because if you don\u2019t do it, nobody else will. If you continue doing all this you will lose yourself in the chaos.<\/p>\n

And once you lose yourself, it is difficult to be the old you again. So, be smart. Help people but don\u2019t forget to help yourself in the first place. And every time you feel like not getting out of your home, stay there. You need yourself and others can wait.<\/p>\n

Gostaria que todos aqueles que ajudaste tantas vezes pegassem na tua m\u00e3o e atravessassem a vida contigo quando est\u00e1s a passar por uma fase m\u00e1 da tua vida. Desejo que os outros sejam t\u00e3o cuidadosos e atenciosos como tu.<\/p>\n

And I hope he will be worth the wait. So, continue doing what you are the best at – spreading the love and affection – but don\u2019t forget to keep some of that for yourself.<\/p>\n
