Tenho de ser sincero; sabia que ia ter saudades tuas, mas nunca pensei que tivesse tantas saudades tuas.<\/p>\n

And even though it\u2019s not always easy not having my best friend close by as often as I used to, I feel fortunate to have somebody I can miss this much.<\/p>\n

No in\u00edcio, tive medo que a dist\u00e2ncia estragasse a nossa amizade. Ainda bem que s\u00f3 a tornou mais forte.<\/p>\n

Agora vejo que a dist\u00e2ncia era apenas um teste para ver se a nossa amizade era verdadeira. Ainda bem que ambos pass\u00e1mos nesse teste com distin\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Even though we are physically apart, I know that we always carry some parts of each other with us wherever we may go. We carry all the memories. We carry all the nights we spent crying on each other\u2019s shoulders for reasons we mostly don\u2019t remember anymore. We carry the crazy, sleepless nights we loved wasting together. <\/i><\/p>\n

Por vezes, passamos semanas sem nos falarmos e, embora sinta falta das nossas conversas de tr\u00eas horas, nunca me preocupo com o facto de algo n\u00e3o estar bem.<\/p>\n

I know that’s just down to our tight schedules, time difference or daily routines that don\u2019t leave us with much time for anything else.<\/p>\n

H\u00e1 algumas coisas que devo dizer que adoro nesta nossa amizade \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia:<\/p>\n

Adoro o facto de parecerem saber sempre qual \u00e9 a altura certa para telefonar.<\/b> It\u2019s like you feel that I need you and seeing a call from you instantly makes it better.<\/p>\n

Sei que posso descontrair-me contigo, que \u00e9s a \u00fanica pessoa que pode compreender. Sabes que tamb\u00e9m estou l\u00e1 para ti, sempre.<\/p>\n

Adoro o facto de termos formado o nosso pequeno universo antes de teres partido. <\/b>Adoro o facto de haver coisas que s\u00f3 t\u00eam significado para n\u00f3s os dois. Pequenas coisas est\u00fapidas, como tu marcares-me em memes em que nenhum dos meus outros amigos me marcaria. Temos as nossas piadas internas mesmo quando estamos a quil\u00f3metros de dist\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n

Adoro as f\u00e9rias que passamos juntos, apesar de serem raras. <\/b>Acho que agora ambos os apreciamos mais.<\/p>\n

Aproveitamos ao m\u00e1ximo o tempo limitado que temos juntos. Agora fazemos com que cada segundo conte.<\/p>\n

I love that you are still \u2018my person\u2019 and after all the time of not speaking or not seeing each other, it feels like we were never apart. We just pick up where we left off. <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I love that you can hear in my voice the things I don\u2019t find so easy to say.<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b>Adoro o facto de seres a \u00fanica pessoa que consegue ler nas entrelinhas e saber o que realmente quero dizer quando falo, mesmo quando n\u00e3o tenho a certeza.<\/p>\n

Adoro o facto de podermos ser dolorosamente honestos uns com os outros.<\/a><\/b> The truth is never easy to hear but it\u2019s important to have a friend who doesn\u2019t do the easy thing but instead does the right thing.<\/p>\n

Adoro a lua cheia. Temos tantas recorda\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas com as noites de lua cheia.<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b>Sempre que a vejo, lembro-me dessas noites e rio-me com todo o meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o. Sei que est\u00e3o algures no vosso lado do mundo a olhar para a mesma lua e a recordar, tal como eu.<\/p>\n

I love that we both learned that friendship isn\u2019t how much we see each other or how much we talk, but it\u2019s about the fact that we are there for each other no matter what.<\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s not about all the time spent with that person and in the same place. It\u2019s about the right person and finding time for them.<\/p>\n

Adoro o facto de estarmos presentes um para o outro. <\/b>Que estamos l\u00e1 para ouvir e apoiar quando um de n\u00f3s est\u00e1 no seu pior.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no envy when one of us has it good and it\u2019s something truly priceless when a friend shares in your happiness.<\/p>\n

Adoro o facto de me ires telefonar quando leres isto e me dizeres que estou a mentir. <\/b>You\u2019ll tell me I am a bitch for making you cry. I know that\u2019s just your way of saying \u2018I love you\u2019.<\/i><\/p>\n

But, I don\u2019t care; I had to write it. You deserve to know how lucky I feel for having you in my life.<\/p>\n

Adoro o facto de pertencer aos sortudos, \u00e0queles que encontraram um amigo para a vida, com quem podem contar, aconte\u00e7a o que acontecer. Independentemente dos quil\u00f3metros que nos separam, est\u00e1s sempre aqui no meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o, mesmo ao meu lado. <\/b><\/p>\n
