Remember: Healing is a process and it doesn\u2019t happen at the switch of the button. Yes, we would all love it if things worked out that way, but sadly, it is way harder and takes much more effort.<\/p>\n

After all, you\u2019ve reached incredible progress just by being aware of the fact that you have to heal.<\/p>\n
