H\u00e1 sempre aquela pessoa em quem deposit\u00e1mos todos os nossos sonhos, esfor\u00e7os e expectativas, para depois recebermos o pior deles em troca.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s the first time you learned that the saying, “ Sem expectativas,<\/i> no disappointments”, <\/i> as clich\u00e9 as it may sound, is actually true.  <\/p>\n

As hard as it may be to come to terms with it, it’s all part of life . The less we expect from people the less they can hurt us. <\/p>\n
