Before I say anything else, I feel like I should be honest with you (that doesn’t mean the rest of what I say will be a lie). <\/span><\/p>\n

I humbly and wholeheartedly admit that I’m one of those individuals who have spent (better said wasted) half of their lives worrying about what other people think and whether they’re going to like me or not. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Demorei algum tempo a perceber que, ao fazer tudo isto, me estava a privar de <\/span>autoestima<\/span> and I’d become a legit <\/span>agradar \u00e0s pessoas<\/span>. I’d lost touch with my true self and become devoid of personality. <\/span><\/p>\n

I used to dance to other people’s tunes, but now I’m creating my own.<\/b><\/p>\n

Se me perguntarem, o primeiro princ\u00edpio provou ser o mais eficiente e livre de stress, enquanto o segundo \u00e9 um atalho para acabar num ciclo, diminuindo a sua <\/span>autoestima<\/span>e n\u00e3o ter o controlo da sua <\/span>vida pr\u00f3pria<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

A verdade \u00e9 que nem toda a gente vai gostar de si e isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 algo com que se deva preocupar. <\/span><\/p>\n

Como superar o facto de que nem todos v\u00e3o gostar de si <\/b><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Questionar porque \u00e9 que precisa que todos gostem de si e o aprovem<\/h2>\n

Instagram, Facebook, Twitter e outros <\/span>redes sociais<\/span> Todas as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00eam uma coisa em comum: Queremos ser vistos, seguidos, retweetados, elogiados e por a\u00ed fora. O mesmo acontece na vida real. <\/span><\/p>\n

Por outras palavras:<\/span> We want to be liked because it’s in our <\/b>natureza humana<\/b> (and that’s totally okay). <\/b><\/p>\n

But, sometimes this becomes an addiction and we’re no longer in control of it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, think about why you don’t like them. Perhaps it\u2019s because they have a weird way of expressing themselves, they are rude, loud, or shy.<\/span><\/p>\n
