7 Reasons You’re Single Even Though You’re A Catch

View

You are an amazing woman, but somehow you’re still single. Don’t worry. The reasons for that aren’t connected to your personality or anything because there’s nothing wrong with you. There are other reasons that can perfectly explain why you’re single even though you’re a catch.

1. You are waiting for someone who’s worthy

Not everyone is able to handle your awesomeness and that’s why you need to wait for someone who is truly worthy of you. You can’t go around and be with every guy who is seemingly good. You want the full experience that a relationship can give you and you simply don’t want to be part of something like a half-assed love. You want something real and something worthy of you.

2. You’re too busy with your own life

You have a career to pursue, a job that you love and you simply want to learn new things and travel the world. Let’s be honest – these things don’t allow you to have a relationship that lasts. Men want attention too and they get intimidated by strong, independent women who know what they want in their lives. You have countries to go to, ‘to do’ lists to write, people to meet and books to read. You don’t have time for a man who’s just going to interrupt your wonderful life and make it more complicated.

3. You got great friends

When you have an amazing support group like your friends and family, they have the ability to completely distract you from romance. Why? Well, when you go out with your friends who dance a lot and love to party, friends who are strong women too and who don’t dwell over boys and don’t need other men in order to be happy, then you’re not influenced by them to go and find yourself a man.

4. You’ve been hurt before

You simply know that if you start a new relationship now, it won’t end well. You’ve been hurt far too many times and you simply don’t want to go through all that pain and misery again. It doesn’t make sense to fall for a man who’s going to hurt you, because you’re not fully healed yet. For now, all you want to do is dedicate all your time and energy to yourself and to find a way to put your broken pieces back together.

5. You haven’t met the right person

You can flirt, it’s not a big deal, but in your eyes, starting a new relationship is a serious thing that means a lot to you and you don’t want to spend time, energy and kisses on someone who isn’t able to respect you and treat you properly. You want your next men to be Mr. Right and no one can change your mind.

6. You love your single life

Let’s be honest here. Relationships are a lot of work and you simply fell in love with your single life—a life that is filled with freedom which you can live day by day just the way you want to. You can wake up whenever you want and no one is being a drama queen because you didn’t text them back last night. No one calls you constantly and there is no jealous man sitting beside you and keeping you from flirting with other guys. The single life is the best thing that ever happened to you.

7. You don’t know what you’re looking for

The reason you’re single might just be that you’re not really sure about what you’re looking for in a man. If that’s the case, than it’s amazing that you’re single because you don’t want to end up in a relationship with someone who isn’t right for you, isn’t meeting your needs and someone that you simply can’t seem to function in a relationship with. Stay single a while longer, simply to find out what are the things you need in a relationship and how you can get them from a man.
