No eres perfecto. Ninguno de nosotros lo es. Y lo sabes muy bien. Y espero que no intentes ser perfecto.

Todos tenemos defectos e imperfecciones. Y hay cosas que nos gustaría cambiar de nosotros mismos. Y todo eso forma parte del ser humano. Todo eso forma parte de ser mujer.

Así que en lugar de centrarte en tus defectos e imperfecciones, céntrate en las cosas que te gustan de ti.

I am not saying you shouldn’t work on your personality and I am definitely not telling you not to improve yourself.

I am just advising you to accept yourself for who you really are. I am advising you to accept the things you can’t change about yourself and to start seeing them as your unique qualities.

But it doesn’t mean you should be insecure about your imperfections. It doesn’t mean you should hide them from yourself and from others.
