Querido futuro namorado,

Vou participar em novas actividades que me permitam conhecer novas pessoas. Vou juntar-me a algumas organizações. Vou dançar ou talvez fazer voluntariado. Sempre quis fazer isso, mas nunca o fiz. Agora é a altura certa.

I will go out with my friends more, and maybe you’ll be one of their friends I haven’t meet yet. Maybe you’ll be a perfect stranger who will help me with directions. You never know.

You’ll need to understand that I was broken and bent so many times. I was hurt and devastated because of love. To be honest, I don’t know how come I still have the energy to believe in love. But I do.

Maybe it won’t be easy. Maybe I have too many scars. But, bear with me. Give us a chance. Things take time to grow. I know we’ll be great.

I know we’ll be perfect. Perfect is maybe too strong a word. But we’ll get somewhere close. I know it because we’ll work on things. We’ll make the unworkable work.
