Sometimes, no matter how much you sleep or rest, you constantly feel tired. You feel chronically exhausted and just can’t help it.

2. O autocuidado é a prioridade número um
Sei que todos nós temos vidas ocupadas e stressantes. Por vezes, esquecemo-nos de reservar algum tempo para nós próprios.
But you have to set out some “me time” in your busy schedule. You have to pay more attention to autocuidado. Aumentará a sua autoestima e melhorará a sua autoimagem.
Estamos sempre com pressa e, por isso, ou comemos comida de plástico a caminho do trabalho ou esquecemo-nos de comer. É preciso mudar estes hábitos auto-destrutivos. Estes também têm muitos efeitos negativos na sua saúde.

9. Live in the present moment…

Live now, at this precise moment. Don’t worry about the future too much because you never know what can happen next.
