4. Tell him you respect him
The most important thing to men is that they need to feel appreciated and respected.
He has to know that you don’t see him as unimportant but on the contrary, rather a very essential part of the community.
He needs to know you respect his job and everything he does. In today’s world, it is so easy to feel unappreciated because most of us mind our own business and focus on the things that are important to us.
So acknowledging someone’s hard work means a lot, especially to a man.
