You are not perfect. None of us is. And you know that very well. And hopefully, you don’t try to become perfect.
Because you know that it would be impossible, even if you wanted to. And let me tell you one thing—there is nothing wrong with that.
We all have flaws and imperfections. And there are some things we would all like to change about ourself. And that is all a part of being human. That is all a part of being a woman.
So instead of focusing on your flaws and imperfections, focus on the things you like about yourself.
I am not saying you shouldn’t work on your personality and I am definitely not telling you not to improve yourself.
I am just advising you to accept yourself for who you really are. I am advising you to accept the things you can’t change about yourself and to start seeing them as your unique qualities.
But it doesn’t mean you should be insecure about your imperfections. It doesn’t mean you should hide them from yourself and from others.
On the contrary, you should cherish them because they made you into the person you are today.
Together with all of your qualities, they impacted you as a person and without them, you wouldn’t be where you are now.
Your imperfections are the things that make you stand out from other women.
They are the things that make you special and different and they are things you should be proud of.
Therefore, you should never allow anyone, let alone some random guy, to make you insecure about the fact that you are not perfect.
You should never be with a man who would do whatever it takes to destroy your self-confidence and to assure you that you are not good enough or that you are not worthy. Because you know you are!
Instead, you should wait for a guy who will love you not despite all of your imperfections but because of them.
When this man finally walks into your life, you will feel like you’ve known him forever.
You will feel like your souls have already met. And that’s why you’ll feel like you can be your true self in front of him.
You’ll never have to pretend to be someone you are not for this guy to like you more.
Instead, you will know that you can show him all of your vulnerabilities and bad sides, without ever being afraid that you’d be ridiculed or judged.
This guy will see you for who you truly are and will accept you for that. He will never try to change you but he will make you the best version of yourself, by always pushing you forward.
Instead of playing with your mind and feeding your insecurities, he will do something completely the opposite.
He will boost your self-esteem and he will go out of his way to prove to you that you are more than enough for him.
This man will fall in love with every part of you, including your insecurities, your bad sides and your flaws. He will love you with the same intensity at your worst and at your best and that will be the biggest sign of his enormous love for you.
And the things he will love most about you will be your imperfections.
He will love the fact that you are so special and that you don’t try to fit society’s norms.
He will love every flaw you have because he will know that all of your imperfections made you this way.
No, he won’t think you are perfect. But you’ll be perfectly imperfect for him and that will be more than enough.
He will think that the two of you are perfect for each other and that will be his dream come true.
I know you probably don’t believe me that this guy even exists but he really does and he is waiting for you just around the corner. He is your match made in heaven and your other half.
