I know this is the last thing you want to hear but I want you to know that it gets better. There is always a rainbow after rain, so don’t lose hope. I know what it feels like to live in a world like this.

Sé que necesitas levantarte y luchar por ti misma. Tienes que demostrar a la gente que no eres fácil de manejar y que si intentan hacerte daño les arrancarás la cabeza.

That’s the only way to survive in a cruel world like this. I also know that you were much stronger before. I know that you went through so much shit in your life.

Trust me, I understand you – I’ve been there. But I also know that if you really want something, you can achieve it.

So don’t sweat the small stuff. I know that you probably were hurt by a man or your friends and in those moments you lost your self-worth.

Let me tell you something – you are more than enough.

Eres digno y eres especial y único tal y como eres. Así que nunca dejes que nadie te convenza de lo contrario.

Sé que no es fácil levantarse y luchar. Hace falta mucha valentía y fuerza para hacerlo. Pero si realmente lo quieres, puedes conseguirlo. ¿Qué te impide alcanzar tus objetivos?

¿Qué te impide ser feliz por fin? Nada.

Así que levántate y demuestra al mundo que eres una reina y que debes ser tratada como tal.

Eres inteligente, guapa, digna, fuerte e independiente. Todo eso está dentro de ti, pero solo tienes que cavar un poco más hondo para despertar esas emociones en ti.

Y si alguna vez le preguntas a Dios por qué te hace todo eso, sólo recuerda que el profesor siempre permanece en silencio durante el examen.

This is just another life lesson, the one that will make you stronger. The one that will open your eyes so you can see things you weren’t able to see before.

Sé que quizá eres demasiado duro contigo mismo porque cometiste errores en el pasado. ¿Y qué? Todos cometemos errores, pero gracias a Dios aprendemos de ellos.

And yeah, forget about that story that you can learn something from other people’s mistakes; it’s bullshit!

Sólo cuando experimentamos algo serio en nuestra propia piel podemos entonces aprender una lección. Y esa es la regla de oro.

Al final, quiero que sepas una cosa más: no estás solo en esto.

Hay muchas personas que dudan de sí mismas como tú y se preguntan si son lo bastante dignas de vivir en un mundo como éste.

Tienes que asumir que sufrirás altibajos.
