I don’t even care whether you believe in God or you think there’s no such thing as a higher force that rules us all.

Sin embargo, te guste admitirlo o no, cuando ocurre algo malo, de repente, todo el mundo se vuelve más espiritual.

Suddenly, you find a piece of faith deeply buried inside of you that you didn’t even know existed.

Tal vez empieces a rezar a Dios para que te salve. Pidiéndole que te ayude en estos momentos de angustia y que te conceda el milagro que necesitas.

O puede que estés enfadado con Él por hacerte pasar por todo esto.

After all, you’ve always been a good person who never did any harm, so you clearly don’t deserve everything you’re going through. 

De cualquier manera, el punto es el mismo: cuando experimentas algunas dificultades, encuentras a Dios en ti mismo.

Sin embargo, en cuanto llegan tiempos mejores, te olvidas de todos tus problemas, como si nunca hubieran ocurrido.

Of course, I’m not telling you that you should forever remain negative just because one bad thing happened to you.

It doesn’t mean you should allow it to leave a permanent mark on your soul or completely change you as a person.

However, you shouldn’t ignore it either. Instead, you should see it as a sign and something to be grateful for.

Sí, has oído bien: debes dar las gracias por cada dificultad que te azote.

Agradecido por cada reto, cada obstáculo, cada bache en el camino, y cada puerta cerrada. Agradecido por cada vez que te encuentras con alguien tóxico, ese alguien que te hizo daño o te traicionó.

Thankful for every tear, every heartbreak, and every disappointment. For each time you didn’t get what you wanted and for every failure.

And you know why? Because these are all proof of God’s enormous love.

Yes, they’re all tests of your strength and patience – there’s no doubt about that. However, they are also evidence that He believes in you.

La prueba de que Él sabe que puedes aguantar mucho más de lo que crees.

Que Él sabe que tienes lo que se necesita para luchar contra cada dificultad, ganar cada batalla, y superar cada obstáculo que Él pone delante de ti.

An obvious proof that He sees all the inner power you have – that He has faith in you, even when you doubt Him.

Y lo que es más importante, todo esto forma parte de God’s bigger plan para ti. Una parte de su misión de empujarte a convertirte en la mujer para la que Él te creó.

This is His way to force you into becoming a strong, independent woman who can handle a lot. A self-sufficient woman who knows she doesn’t anyone guiding her through life.

It’s all His way of proving to you that you’re unbreakable and firm. That nothing and nobody can ever put you down.

Que siempre puedes resurgir de tus cenizas y que ningún fracaso significa tu fin.

Cada dolor y dificultad que experimentes no es más que Dios tratando de enseñarte una valiosa lección de vida. 

This is Him teaching you to trust Him, that you’re bigger than every problem, that there is always hope and light at the end of every tunnel.

Es Él enseñándote a ser valiente y haciéndote ver que siempre hay algo bueno en cada mala situación.

However, all of these hardships are also God’s way of bringing back faith in your heart, helping you understand everything happens for a reason, and teaching you how to accept both the good and the bad.

So, the next time something bad happens to you, don’t see it as the end of the world. Instead, recognize it as a way to reach your full potential.

En lugar de verlo como una maldición, verlo como una bendición. As a chance for emotional progress – because that is exactly what it is!
