La gente expone los mensajes más extraños que reciben de las aplicaciones de citas

Si alguna vez has utilizado aplicaciones de citas, sabrás que puedes encontrarte con distintos tipos de personas. A veces las citas online son geniales y divertidas, pero otras veces pueden ser realmente extrañas e incómodas.

I once got a message from a guy who asked me if I believed in aliens. He didn’t even say hi or anything, just that. I thought it was funny and a joke so I responded. Turns out, he really believes in aliens and even tried to convince me they’re real!

Así que sí, apuesto todos hemos recibido algún mensaje raro al menos una vez. Una persona hizo un en Reddit and wanted to find out what were the absolute weirdest messages people got on dating apps. And let’s just say the responses didn’t disappoint!

1. Visiblemente agotado por las aplicaciones de citas

Damn, imagine this is the first message you got. I’m not sure if I would be offended or relate to them. 

Las aplicaciones de citas pueden chuparte toda la vida así que lo entiendo. Después de un sinfín de deslizamientos a derecha e izquierda, te alegras si encuentras a alguien medio decente. Sin embargo, esto puede ser un problema para algunos.

2. Didn’t let jail stop her from finding love

This is genuinely funny! Or creepy? I don’t know. I mean, at least she was honest. I bet some people would just lie they’re busy during weekends so they could get some action. 

Pero sí, estando en la cárcel y aún queriendo encontrar a su verdadero amor is what I call commitment! She doesn’t want to waste any time, that’s for sure!

3. No me gustan los animales

I don’t know about her, but for me, this would be the end of the conversation. If you don’t like dogs then I can’t see our future together!

I’m honestly interested in what he thought this would lead to and ¿qué esperaba que respondiera a eso? “Okay, I’ll just leave him at the adoption center, problem solved!” She clearly won’t get rid of her dog because of him, so why would he even message her in the first place?

4. Cena con un toque especial

Se habrá reído mucho al leer esto. A los hombres les encantan las mujeres con sentido del humor así que entiendo por qué a los chicos les encantó este mensaje. 

Algunos incluso dijeron que debería casarse con ella. Me pregunto cómo fue su respuesta y si igualaba la energía de ella. Sería una historia genial y divertida que contar si acabaran juntos.

5. Teórico de la conspiración

Esto me recuerda a la pregunta sobre extraterrestres que me hicieron. Siempre piensas que estas personas están siendo graciosas y quieren hacerte reír, pero cuando te das cuenta de que van en serio, siempre acabas conmocionado.

I mean, come on, do people really believe in this stuff? I just can’t wrap my head around it! You can definitely never know what to expect from other people while online dating. 

6. ¿Cumplido único o raro?

If this is the most recent weird message she got, it probably isn’t the only one that got her confused. I just know someone gave this guy a tip to be very specific about his compliments so women think he pays attention to details about them.

Lo entendió demasiado literalmente y lo llevó a otro nivel. Or maybe he just really likes women with a long torso. We’ll never know.

7. Directo al grano

I’m not sure this is a great way to open a conversation unless you want to scare the guy away.  I guess she doesn’t want to waste her time así que enseguida hizo la pregunta importante.

Imagina que todos nos comunicáramos de la misma manera. Aunque suene incómodo, apuesto a que evitaríamos muchos desengaños si nos damos cuenta demasiado tarde de que alguien no encaja.

8. De zombis a felices para siempre

Parece que abrir una conversación con una pregunta extraña no es una idea tan terrible como cabría suponer. Podría valer la pena intentarlo, ¿qué opinas?

I still think there’s a really small chance you’ll find someone who’ll match your energy. These two were lucky to find each other!

9. ¿Busca una cita o un préstamo?

Well, who knew this could be an icebreaker? Is she a gold digger or just making sure they’re financially compatible before they meet each other? 

Esta mujer sabe lo que quiere y la estabilidad financiera es sin duda su máxima prioridad.

Maybe if they go out on a date, she’ll also ask him about his retirement plan and budget breakdown!

10. Burritos que conectan a la gente

La gente pierde la cabeza intentando encontrar el mensaje perfecto para abrir una conversación, y luego hay gente que pregunta algo al azar como esto y ¡tiene suerte!

Esta puede ser una señal para que no pienses demasiado y te lances a por ello. Nunca se sabe adónde puede llevarle.
