Deja de sentirte como una carga. Siempre tienes a alguien en quien apoyarte.

Siempre te tienes a ti mismo. Sin duda eres la única persona que nunca te defraudará.

You just have to learn how to love yourself more. You don’t have to create a “new self”, just a better self.

Don’t wait to do it. Do it now. Decide that you won’t live by compromising or sacrificing yourself.

Especially if it is going to endanger your own happiness. Don’t push your own needs aside.

Haz una lista de cosas que hacer antes de morir ahora mismo. En cuanto empieces a escribirla, te sentirás mejor con tu vida.

Te entusiasmará planificar cosas nuevas y retos.

La decisión más importante debe ser trátate como te mereces.

This should be on the top of your bucket list. Believe me, it’s not selfishness, it is bravery.

Vive una vida más sana, más plena. Haz cambios beneficiosos.

You are a priority. Everyone else may come and go from your life, but you can’t.

You are stuck with yourself for the rest of your life, so try to be somebody that you’ll enjoy being around.

Deshazte de todo lo que es tóxico. Intenta añadir algo mejor a tu vida en lugar de aferrarte a todo lo que no es bueno para ti.

Intenta mejorar las cosas en lugar de echarlas de tu vida.
