How do we know how much we’re actually worth?

First of all, never let your image of yourself be influenced by how others have treated you. Bad and hurtful experiences that you have don’t mean you’re less worthy.

Take a good hard look at yourself and everything you’ve been through. Remove all that’s happened to you that you had no say in from the equation. Niente di ciò che è stato fatto a voi determina il vostro valore.

Voi siete ciò che pensate, ciò che fate, chi amate e come vivete la vostra vita. You are not the circumstances you’ve found yourself in.

Lasciatevi alle spalle chi vi fa sentire inferiori, non per fargli capire il vostro valore, ma per ricordarlo a voi stessi.

Don’t lose yourself desperately trying to hold on to people and things who don’t think you’re worth keeping.

The world will make you feel like you don’t have what it takes. Don’t be the one to believe it.

I’ve known many amazing women whose only problem was never believing in themselves.

Even when other people were kind enough to try and prove to them how amazing they are, they wouldn’t listen because they were utterly convinced they’re failures.

You’re not a failure. If you don’t value yourself, you won’t value your life. And if you don’t value your life, you won’t do anything with it. It’s as simple as that.
