Le persone che capiscono che Dio è sufficiente sono le più felici

It doesn’t matter who you are, what you do in life, and how much you have accomplished. I’m certain that you have one final goal which is common to every human being alive, and that is to be happy.

Naturalmente, la felicità ha un significato diverso per tutti noi.

Alcuni pensano che essere felici è dormire accanto alla persona amata o semplicemente poter dormire serenamente. Alcuni trovano la felicità nella buona salute, mentre altri inseguono i beni materiali e il denaro.

Tuttavia, devo deludervi e dirvi che nessuno di questi gruppi acquisisce la vera felicità.

Infatti, Le persone che si rendono conto che Dio è sufficiente finiscono per essere le più felici.

These are the only people who don’t worry about what tomorrow will bring, who don’t overthink the past, trying to change it, and who live a life without any fear.

It doesn’t matter what religion you belong to—the bottom line is always the same: se si ha abbastanza fede in Dio, tutto il resto dell'esistenza terrena diventa completamente irrilevante.

Don’t see this as me trying to brainwash you and tell you that you’ll live a stress-free life once you realize that you don’t need anyone besides Him. I won’t lie to you—bad things will continue to happen, obstacles will keep on appearing in your way, and you’ll still have problems.

Tuttavia, quando si crede in Dio, una cosa significativa cambia drasticamente: la percezione di tutto ciò che accade intorno a noi.

No, your life won’t magically fall into place, and your problems don’t disappear, as if they were never there.

Tuttavia, si ottiene la pace interiore e non c'è niente di più importante di questo.

You get the realization that you don’t depend on anyone besides God and that He is the only one who can impact your life besides yourself.

Quando la fede in Dio è salda, ci si rende conto che tutto accade per una ragione e si cerca il bene in tutte le situazioni negative che si verificano. Gli permettete di guidarvi e confidate che vi indichi la strada giusta.

You understand that everything you are going through happened for your own good. You become optimistic and look forward to every new day because you see your life as a perfect puzzle and because you know that God always has a plan, even when you don’t see it.

You’re at peace because you know that He’ll never give you more than you can handle and because you realize that all the tough love He’s been giving you is nothing but a valuable lesson which will transform you into the person you’re destined to be.

Quando vedete che Dio è sufficiente, avete pazienza e tutte le vostre preoccupazioni spariscono. Sapete che è inutile spaccarvi il cervello perché il vostro futuro è già scritto.

Siete consapevoli che la vostra vita andrà come deve andare. You know that you’ll get exactly what and who is destined to be yours, and even when you lose someone, you understand that you were better off without them.

Once you understand that God is enough, you are no longer a control freak, and you don’t think that everything is in your hands.

You don’t allow your happiness to be connected with anyone else.

You don’t need other people you can trust and rely on, when you have Him who’ll never leave your side. You stop chasing everyone’s attention and admiration, and you stop putting others in the centre of your Universe.

Anche quando tutti ti abbandonano, sai che Lui rimane, qualunque cosa accada. Even when you feel pain for someone’s absence, His presence makes it a lot easier and more bearable.

Quindi, per favore, smettete di inseguire i piaceri terreni, l'amore temporaneo, lussuria a breve termine o beni materiali.

Fidatevi di me quando vi dico che nessuna di queste cose vi porterà gioia né vi farà sentire completi e appagati.

Invece, concentrare tutte le vostre forze nella ricerca di Dio.

Inseguite la fede e capite che è l'unica cosa che vi renderà veramente e totalmente felici.
