She is pretty down to earth and she doesn’t spend her days dreaming of a knight on a white horse to come and save her. She wants that but she doesn’t want only that.

If you’re like her, you have to know that you are one of only a few. You heal sad minds and broken hearts. You give your love and attention to people who need it. You’re making the world a better place.

You give purpose to their lives and you do it with such ease. You do it because you want to and because you feel it’s right. Your love is pure and selfless.

But there is one thing you need to remember. You are not almighty. You don’t have an unlimited supply of energy and you need rest.

You can’t save the world and you can’t carry the troubles of everyone you meet on your shoulders. You can try but it will destroy you.

Remind yourself that you are human. You don’t have to be strong all the time.

It’s okay to ask for help. You can’t and you don’t have to always do everything by yourself.
