You have dreams, right? You have hopes for how you wish your life would go from this point on?
What are you doing to make those dreams come true? Are you even moving in that direction?
Losing yourself in wonderful ideas about how your future might look can be relaxing and exciting.
Isn’t it better to open your eyes and finally make your reality equally impressive?
Reality is harsh. There will be many times you will think your dreams are impossible to reach. What you do then is what counts.
How will you handle it when nothing that happens in your everyday life leads you anywhere close to the final realization of your wishes and desires?
Life won’t offer you everything you want on a platter! Demand to be treated the right way!
You want your boyfriend to be nicer to you? Tell him! You want your friends to stop pushing you over? Demand it!
Be aware of what it is you want and aim determinedly to get it. If you don’t ask for things, there’s a 100% chance you won’t get them!
On the other hand, having the courage to ask for things will take you places.
No matter how difficult it seems, no matter how insane people tell you you are for always claiming your own, keep on going!
Have faith your wishes will come true. Have faith in yourself and have faith in God to take you places, and then take it from there.
The thing is, everyone is way too busy taking care of themselves to have time to look out for you. It’s a wild world out there – have your own back!
Love, empathy, human decency… They do exist. But they will only get you so far if you don’t say it loud and clear that you’re not one to be messed with.
Know your worth! Set goals. Find ways to reach them! As simple as that.
Asking to get what you deserve and want isn’t shameful. It’s expected.
No one is going to think you’re asking too much, trust me. And those who do have no idea what they’re talking about.
To get to places in life you’ve only dreamed of, you have to find the courage in you. You have to have the guts to fight.
All these talks are empty words if you don’t have what it takes, though.
Work hard on yourself and make sure you’re ready to receive what you’re asking for before you do.
Prove to yourself, and the whole wide world, that you’re the one. The one who can have it all if she wanted to.
The one who was strong. The one who appreciated herself and had enough self-esteem to ask for what belonged to her in the first place.
Don’t let anyone put you in a cage of low expectations and damn sure don’t do that to yourself.
If you do, you will fail. You’ll go back to your room and cry in devastation and hopelessness. GET BACK UP AGAIN!
There will always be people putting you down – ignore them.
There will always be loved ones from the past who never really gave you what you wanted, leaving you feeling insecure.
Don’t waste another second thinking about them. Don’t let failures define you.
Stop at nothing to get what you know is waiting for you, and only you.
You might think I’m foolish for saying this, but it’s easy to give up. It really is.
To just surrender, make a victim out of yourself, and do nothing. To continue living your life as if you never even had a dream.
Let me tell you something, though. I know winning isn’t easy. I know it takes a lot of tears, energy, and strength, but it’s the most glorious feeling ever.
It is magnificent to know your worth, seek the things you want in life, follow them despite thinking you’ll never be able to reach them, and then finally get them.
Nothing beats the marvel of living a life full of passion.
Live to the fullest, never letting anyone or anything to bring you so down you are left unable to get back up again.
No one and nothing is bigger than your dreams. You can have it all if you’re brave enough to ask for it.
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’ You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” – Eleanor Roosevelt
