Dios tiene un plan para todos nosotros

Destiny. God created a plan – a destiny for every ser humano. Es realmente tan poderoso y nadie puede afectarlo en gran medida.   

Algunas cosas están destinadas a sucederte y lo harán tarde o temprano. Otras cosas nunca ocurrirán, por mucho que las desees y luches por ellas. 

Sometimes, there will be some difficult periods in your life and you’ll feel desperate because you can do nothing about it.

En esas situaciones, lo único que puedes hacer es dar gracias a Dios por todo y pedirle su bendición en esos periodos oscuros. 

Rest assured, He’ll never give you more than you can handle. Trust God and put all your hopes in Him. He is the only one who can help you. 

El poder de la oración

If you’re experiencing something bad and painful, if you’re going through a rough patch, the only way you can help yourself is by praying to God. He’ll never let you down. 

Tienes que creer en el poder de la oración because it’s truly the strongest weapon against pain and evil. That’s your protection. 

Also, don’t only pray to God when you have problems or are hurt. Pray to Him every night before you go to bed and thank Him every morning you wake up. 

Thank God for all the good things in your life, but also for the other, not-so-good things. Don’t feel angry or disappointed if He doesn’t answer your prayer immediately – or ever. 

He knows what’s best for you. Sometimes we aren’t aware of that which is bad for us, so we ask for them. God won’t give that to us because He always knows best. 

Usted mismo

Cree siempre en ti mismo. En tu fuerza interior. En tu belleza. En tu inteligencia. En tu voz interior. En tu instinto. 

That’s the only way you can truly enjoy your life. Look in the mirror and tell it that you like every single piece of what you see. 

Ponte siempre tú primero. Por mucho que quieras o te preocupes por alguien, nunca permitas que nadie te tome el pelo. 

Don’t lose yourself when you’re in a relationship. Don’t lose your identity – who you are. Never allow anyone to control you. You are your propio jefe y sólo tú puedes controlar tu vida. 

Sé consciente de tu propio valor. Tienes que saber cuánto te mereces y no conformarte nunca con menos. 

Todo empieza por trabajar en su autoestima. Tienes que decirte a ti misma que eres lo bastante valiente, lo bastante guapa, lo bastante lista y que puedes hacer todo lo que te propongas. 

You should also believe that self-love and relationship with yourself set the tone for every other relationship in your life. If you aren’t happy and pleased with who you are, no one else will be. 

El amor familiar es para siempre

There are different kinds of love, but only one is definitely forever. It’s the love between family members. 

It’s the kind of love that moves the world. That’s undoubtedly the most perfect form of love. That strong bond between family members is a cosa bella. 

You don’t get to choose your family. God chose them for you – probably why family love is so perfect and important.

This is the only love that is meant to last forever. People can come and go from your life, but your family is always there. That’s why you should never put anyone ahead of your siblings.

If you have a real friend, one person you know for sure will always be there for you, you’re a lucky ser humano. Believe me, true friends can’t be found so easily nowadays. 

Hay mucha gente falsa ahí fuera. Hay mucha gente que sólo finge ser tu amigo porque quiere utilizarte o quiere algo de ti. 

Un verdadero amigo will never hurt you intentionally because they care for you and your well-being. They’re always honest with you, no matter what the situation is. 

Creen en ti y en todo lo que haces. Siempre están ahí para ayudarte a levantarte cuando la vida te derriba. That’s why friends are there. 

Si tienes al menos un amigo honesto, aprécialo y demuéstrale que tú también crees en él y en vuestra amistad. Demuéstrales a menudo lo mucho que vuestra amistad significa para ti. 

Todavía hay gente buena por ahí

You’ve probably been disappointed many times in your life. I’m sure many people have betrayed and failed you. 

Such awful betrayals from people you thought truly care for you can make you think that there are no good people anymore. Don’t think like that. It’ll only make you bitter and unhappy. It’ll make your life toxic. 

Aunque la gente me haya hecho daño tantas veces, Yo lo hago creer que todavía hay gente buena en este mundo. Y tú también deberías creerlo. 

You’ll see that God will send someone in your life one day that will prove it. Someone that will make you forget about those terrible past experiences. 

One day, you’ll meet someone who’ll be so good to you, they’ll immediately restore your faith in humanity. Just wait and don’t give up on people.

Many people say that they don’t believe in amor a primera vista. ¿Cómo no creer en ello cuando hay tanta gente que se enamora de alguien a primera vista? 

It’s just when you see that one person for the first time, you feel like your whole body is vibrating. 

Al instante sientes mariposas en el estómago. Tus pupilas se dilatan. Esas hermosas chispas de amor aparecen en tus ojos.

Don’t start thinking that love doesn’t exist only because it hasn’t found you yet. We all have our soulmates; it’s just a matter of time before yours will find you. 

The person who’ll support and accept you for who you are will come. Believe me, when you meet them, you’ll know. They will be everything you ever wished and hoped for. 

They’ll be that one person who’ll stay by your side when everyone else leaves. They will love you unconditionally and endlessly.

I agree that some people don’t deserve to be forgiven, but for your own well-being, do it anyway and let it go. 

Never hold grudges. It won’t do you any good. That bitterness and anger will make you frustrated and harm you in so many other ways. 

El perdón te hacen mejor persona. Dejar ir tantos sentimientos negativos te hará estar más tranquilo y en paz. 

Segundas oportunidades

Todos somos seres humanos. We are all weak. That’s why we make mistakes. We hurt others or ourselves, sometimes even unintentionally. 

That’s why we all deserve a segunda oportunidad. Perdona a todos y dales una segunda oportunidad para demostrar su valía. 

A veces, merecerá la pena, ya que la persona a la que se le dio esa oportunidad a menudo lo agradecerá e intentará no traicionar tu confianza nunca más.

However, some people will only waste it (though you shouldn’t worry about it – it’s their loss, not yours).

Pequeños actos de bondad al azar

Dar sin esperar nada a cambio

If you want to give or do something nice for someone, you should only do so if you’ve decided honestly, from your heart, to do it. Don’t have some hidden motives behind that act. 

Dar esperando algo a cambio es muy hipócrita. You won’t feel good about it and if you do, it would only mean that you’re actually a phony. 

El conocimiento es poder

I know we all have our dreams and goals for the future – things that we’ve dreamed about ever since we were little kids. 

El hecho es que no se puede hacer nada sin conocimiento. Sea lo que sea lo que quieras hacer en el futuro, primero tienes que aprender a hacerlo. 

Lee. Utilice redes sociales and the internet to learn about some new and interesting things. Learn a new language. You never know when you might need it, but I’m sure it will come in handy one day. 

El trabajo duro siempre da sus frutos

Personas de éxito didn’t become successful overnight. They dreamed about it and worked hard to achieve it. 

Si quieres hacer algo con tu vida, tienes que trabajar duro para conseguirlo. El camino hacia el éxito es difícil, pero créeme, al final, siempre compensa. 

Quiere saber cómo ganar dinero y disfrutar de tu trabajo al mismo tiempo? Encuentra algo que se te dé bien y dedícate a ello.  

Piensa en positivo y sucederán cosas buenas

Todas las personas somos iguales. Dios nos creó a todos por igual. Nunca juzgues a nadie por su aspecto físico o sus creencias.

We all have the same feelings. If you’ve ever judged someone based on their differences (even if you’ve only ever thought it), think about how you would feel if someone did the same to you. 

La música puede arreglar tu alma cansada

Música. La mejor manera de relajarse y sanar tu alma cansada. Todos necesitamos descansar alguna vez y nuestra alma es la que más se cansa. 

Believe me. Put some music on right this moment. A song you really like… Do you feel it already? Your body is relaxed and your mind is cleared.

At this moment, you feel like you’re the only person on earth, right? Music is truly therapy. 

El chocolate es la mejor medicina

¿Cuál es el antídoto para un corazón roto? El chocolate. ¿Cuál es la cura cuando alguien cercano te hace daño o te traiciona? El chocolate. Y esto puede seguir así. 

¿La conclusión? El chocolate es la mejor cura para todo. (Espera, también tengo que añadir el helado, ¡por supuesto!) 

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that you should eat your sadness away – that’s definitely not healthy. But, a little chocolate doesn’t hurt.

Realmente hay algunos cosas bonitas en las que creer que pueden hacer que nuestras vidas sean más plenas y felices. Don’t underestimate the power of every single thing on this list.
