How do you know someone is thinking about you? Is there a definite way of finding out that someone likes you?
Of course there is.
Have you ever been in a situation where you cannot understand how and why it happened? It just leaves you speechless because you had a hunch that something was going to happen or it’s the same as being able to read someone’s mind. It happened to me numerous times.
One time, my husband and I were at home, minding our own business. The two of us were doing something completely unrelated to one another. We didn’t even speak to each other because we were working. And then all of a sudden, we started singing the same song, from the same verse, at the same time.
And that was not the first or the last time that happened, or stuff similar to that. We often finish each other’s sentences and sometimes only one look from one of us is enough to understand what the other is thinking.
I guess what I’m trying to say is that people share some kind of telepathic connection. There is definitely a greater bond that is untouchable and invisible. You can only feel it. The point is that life does not consist only of physical appearance and interaction; there must be something deeper than that. There must be some kind of spiritual energy and force which makes us feel one another and unknowingly know each other’s thoughts and acts.
And it is. It’s our subconscious mind.
We pick up vibrations and other people’s feelings unconsciously. You know when you get the feeling you have to do something but you cannot explain why you have to do it? You just know you have to. It sits there in your mind and it bothers you. There is something you know you have to do that your gut, or your instinct or whatever, is telling you.
Well, often those inner signals that we pick up on manifest themselves in a physical manner and we are not aware of it.
Try to look at it from this perspective. It has probably happened to you where you felt like you were getting sick and you surrendered—you already imagined yourself sick, running a high fever and chained to the bed. Then you really got sick. It was a no-brainer. You accepted the fact you were getting sick, and you did. That is how powerful our subconscious is.
You see, you were receiving those ‘untouchable’ signals and you accepted them, and therefore you invited them to take a physical form.
It’s the same with signs that someone is thinking about you. You just know. You feel his thoughts—of course, only if you want to feel and recognize them. If you are in denial, nothing will make you see and feel the signs and there won’t be any point because your subconscious will still be locked inside you.
Now, these thoughts and vibes you are receiving manifest themselves physically; you actually get physical reactions when someone is thinking of you.
1. Subconscious smile
Your body reacts how your mind tells it to react; many of us are not even aware of that. You have almost definitely been in a situation where you were acknowledged for something you did and at that moment, you were over the moon with joy. But maybe the situation wasn’t appropriate for you to show your happiness to the world. Like getting acknowledged in front of your friend who was having a very hard time at that moment. Of course, you weren’t going to rub your happiness in your friend’s face, so you tried to cool it down a bit.
Although you had to remain serious, one smile sneaked onto your face even though you were struggling to keep it in. But you couldn’t. It’s a reaction that cannot be stopped. It’s a physical manifestation of the signals your brain is receiving. It’s the same with someone who likes you and is constantly thinking about you.
When you see that person, you will see a smile worth a thousand words.
He will smile at you like you have been friends for ages, despite the fact he only met you yesterday. You will be his biggest accomplishment, the reason behind his happiness or blushing. When you look at him, you just know that there is something more going on than just being nice and polite. You can feel that there is so much more than meets the eye, and that’s your subconscious telling you he’s thinking of you. Your appearance, your face and the fact that he sees you is the reason behind his smile, the one he just can’t contain.
2. Sudden change of emotional state
This has almost definitely happened to you, only you probably didn’t understand why it happened. You were in a good mood, cracking jokes, laughing your ass off. You were in a kind of euphoric state. Everything that happened at that moment you took as positive and beautiful.
But then all of a sudden, a huge change of emotional state occurred. You started to feel depressed, like someone or something drained you completely. You didn’t want to smile or crack jokes. The only thing you wanted to do was to retreat, close up, and feel negative and sad or depressed. Probably right at that moment, someone was thinking about you. You see, our subconscious is trying to tell us things but in a different way, the only way it knows how.
Your spirit felt it. That person’s energy interfered with yours, which caused you to change in a split second. It messed up your energy field and that is what led you to the change of state.
3. Your subconscious brings you close together
Have you ever wondered why and how people fall in love with each other? What is that something that brings you closer and closer to that person?
Well, once again, this has something to do with your subconscious and the vibes that are surrounding you and are so obvious it’s like they are touching you. Sadly, people often don’t recognize happiness even if it hits them right in the face.
When they want to fall in love, people are subconsciously looking for those who can satisfy their needs—someone who can complete them and someone who can do everything they can’t. Your subconscious wants to find a way to bring that person into your life.
Once again, spiritual messages are transferring into something touchable—something real and physical.
If the person who is thinking about you is the right man for you, you will meet sooner or later. And when you meet, you will definitely find out that life tried to get the two of you together many times. Maybe you both knew the same people but always passed by each other in a second. You were probably in the same places at the same times. Maybe you were even in a bar drinking back-to-back.
Your subconscious felt the connection, and it brought you closer to each other until it actually brought you together for good.
4. Strange eye movements
If you’re dealing with allergies or any other eye conditions, you can exclude this sign. But if you’re not and your eye suddenly goes crazy, that could be your mind sensing something. A sudden itch or twitching of your eye—someone is thinking about you. But, there is a catch. If someone is thinking about you, it doesn’t have to mean they like you. It doesn’t have to mean they are thinking positively about you. It can be the other way around. They could be trash-talking you or mentioning you in any other negative way.
And believe it or not, there’s a way to tell if someone has negative or positive thoughts toward you. For example, if your right eye is itching or twitching, that means that someone is not so happy about you, but if your left eye does the same, someone is either in love with you or getting there. And for men, it goes the other way around. So basically, if their right eye twitches, someone is praising them, while for the left eye it means someone is trash-talking them or thinking about them in a bad way.
5. Tense mind
The human mind is extraordinary. It’s so magical and partly unexplored. It has limitless power. Try to just think of all the things you can do with your mind. Even trying to set a boundary on our mind is impossible, isn’t it? So, think about how many ideas you can produce and how many solutions you can find to pretty much anything. You just have to crack the code to use your mind to the fullest, or at least to try to do that.
Has it ever happened that you were eating something and you started choking? Or drinking water, and it went down the wrong pipe, leaving you tearing up and gasping for air? That is because your mind is creating tension. Your mind feels your name coming out from someone else’s mouth.
Your mind is trying to warn you to open your eyes and look around.
Also, if someone is bad-mouthing you, your mind will send you a physical signal. It will once again create tension that will manifest itself through a physical reaction, like blood rushing to your cheeks. If there is no reason for you to blush, why is it happening to you? Do you have an explanation? Basically, their negative energy affects you in a way like they slapped you from afar.
On the other hand, another one of the signals is hiccups. They are also one of the signs of a tense mind and negative energy. Hiccups usually mean that someone is complaining about you. Which basically means drama. Unnecessary drama involving you leads to negative energy that you eventually sense. Someone could be complaining about you just to make themself feel or look better. And if you have hiccups only when you are in the company of a certain person, that could be a sign that that person is the one who is complaining.
No one can explain why these things happen. But one thing we can do is to acknowledge that there is something greater than just us and our physical lives. There is something spiritual in our subconscious and surrounding us—and we need to respect that.
Our subconscious will always send us physical signs but it’s up to us whether we’re going to accept them or keep our eyes shut and continue living in beautiful ignorance.
6. Positive energy
Our mind is truly remarkable, and as it’s capable of sensing negative energy and bad-mouthing, it can also sense when someone loves us and supports us. Even if they are miles away, our mind can feel them, as if we are connected.
Couples feel physical sensations that can tell them that their partner is thinking about them. They manifest in either a feeling of a rub on the back or arm or a fleeting touch on a cheek; they can literally sense their partner touching them, even though they are separated at that moment. Another way couples can feel their connection is when they feel an uplifting of energy or overall feeling. It happens when a person is feeling broken, down or depressed and they can literally sense a switch of their energy, just because their partner is thinking about making them feel better.
Another sign that someone is thinking about you in a positive, or to be more precise, loving way, is your ears burning. You know that feeling, when they are suddenly warm and you can actually feel how they are turning red and it feels like they are on fire, but it’s still a good feeling. For once, fire feels good. That’s a sign someone has a crush on you and is thinking about you at that moment.
And you know that kind of sneeze that sort of shakes your entire body and is so loud, so powerful, that there is no way you can stop it? And there is no particular reason it happened? Like, there is no dust around you, you have no allergies and you didn’t sense your nose itching before it. That kind of sneeze usually means that someone is thinking about you, and that someone is missing you madly.
Our mind and body are connected in ways we are still incapable of understanding and the best thing we can do is to stop for a second and admire the nature itself—this great masterpiece we are surrounded with, the masterpiece we are ourselves. So, the next time you sense any of these signs, give yourself some time to feel them and pay attention to what your senses are telling you.
